Business Development Manager - Unilead

Our investment fund dates back to 2021 when Roman Doroshenko and Stanimir Dobrev joined forces to help talented leaders and entrepreneurs create profitable businesses and break new ground. Our company invests money and expertise in digital marketing, IT, and traffic projects to help young businesses become leaders in their niche as well as on the global stage.

Our investment project Unilead is looking for a Business Development Manager in Gambling niche. Business Development Manager will build lasting relationships with in gaming operators, payment systems, casinos, b2b products in the gaming industry across the world.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
• Ensure compliance of platform with local industry regulation;
• Search for potential partners online and offline;
• Build and maintain strong long last client relationships;
• Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior;
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Gambling sector experience not less than 3 years;
• Understanding of consumer behaviors and Gambling industry trends;
• Excellent English level (written and spoken) – a must;
• Experienced at self-generating opportunities and closing them;
• Strong consultative sales approach;
• Proactive industry skill set, keen to enhance learning;
• Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data;
• Must be a team player with an open mind, intellect, and strong work ethic;
• An impeccable level of integrity and therefore solid reputation are a must.
